UIC Walk for Alzheimer
UIC Walk for Alzheimer held today at Lake Aquitaine Park. Councillors Martin Reid and Brad Butt walked with other participants. The walk is in series of awareness and education program of UIC to be organized in September. Unfortunately over 650,000 Canadians live with dementia and that number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2030. We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia, and those who love and care for them, have the resources they need, close to home.
