FEED OUR WORLD
Help us feed every day; every month. Please donate life-saving, nutritious meals to families in need.

Let’s Move Forward
Lack of physical activity is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 diabetes, obesity and various cancers. We mostly do not participate in regular physical activities and thus do not meet the recommendation of 30 min of moderate physical activity a day, preferably on all days but at least on 5 days a week. Hence, it is important to develop and implement effective physical activity promotion interventions, for instance, participating in physical activities hosting by various organizations such as UIC Seniors Club.
Our regular monthly free seminars, workshops , picnics, excursions and games are designed to provide our city’ s seniors healthy life and socialization.
We request all seniors to join UIC Seniors Club at www.unityinthecommunity.ca or Amjad Rana (647) 241-9786
Since 9 years we are helping unfortunate Canadians.
