UIC Health & Wellness Walk
UIC organized a walk today at JC Sedington Park near the Lake Ontario.
Walking is a powerful way to improve your physical and mental health. It can be a great addition to your daily routine, and offers numerous benefits regardless of your current fitness level. After the walk participants played carom board, loodo ( strategy board game, cards and Cornhole games beside ladies participated in antakhshri conducted by Parvaiz Aziz. UIC served its patrons with freshly made tea and snacks plus lunch.
