AMC fundraising event at the Credit Valley Hospital
MP Milton Adam Koeverden said that “ I congratulate AMC and Unity in the Community for doing so much hard work on behalf of the community and the hospital”. He was speaking as a guest of honor at AMC fundraising event at the Credit Valley Hospital. He further said that because this year health care is number one priority and we rely upon our healthcare system which is No. 1 in the world. He said that Unity is standing up and donating up for this new hospital.
Councillor Sameera Ali said I am very happy to be part of blesseth event because you are donating a big amount for the building of a new hospital. If you buy a life saving machine imagine how many lives you are saving.
UIC director Anees Ahmad pledged to donate $ 10,000 and treasurer Ali Qureshi $ 5000 while Muslim Welfare Centre donated 2500.
While community members Mughees Islam donated $ 350, Mohammad Saleem $ 200, Mateen Khan $ 150 and Naseem Baig $ 200 on this occasion.
