Cooking lessons by Unity in rhe Community (UIC) for older adults offer a wide range of benefits, from improved nutrition and memory stimulation to increased social interaction and a sense of community. They provide a fun and engaging way to learn new skills, rediscover old ones, and maintain overall wellbeing.
First lesson of how to cook Pasta and Chicken Parmesan was given by by Mr Aftab chef of Mambo Italian Restaurant who will give 20% discount to UIC patrons.
