Jessica Pochodaj public educator of Alzheimer Society of Peel gave informative presentation at UIC Alzheimer Seminar at Mississauga Valley CC. She said that today, over 650,000 Canadians live with dementia and that number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2030. We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia, and those who love and care for them, have the resources they need, close to home.
She spoke about the effect of food, sleep, exercise, and hearing on brain health that ultimately can lead to Dementia and Alzheimer. Social activist Salman Bashir Nagi spoke at rhis occasion.
